1380 N. California Boulevard is a six-story, 180,000 SF mixed-use development comprising 77 residential units, 20 hotel keys, 10,000 SF of ground-floor retail, and three levels of below-grade parking. The project features five stories of Type III wood-frame construction over a Type I concrete podium with rooftop and resident amenities.

Constructed on a constrained urban infill site in Downtown Walnut Creek, the project required phased logistics, utility coordination, and continuous maintenance of pedestrian and business access adjacent to active commercial properties. Construction sequencing included complex coordination with PG&E during shoring and structural concrete operations. Designed by Perry Architects for Encore/Align Realty.
