The Arks Community at 1251 S. Eliseo is a County of Marin-led comprehensive rehabilitation of a 26,000-square-foot former skilled nursing facility, transformed into permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless individuals. Delivered through the State’s Project Homekey initiative, this effort created 43 single-occupancy units—each with a private restroom and kitchenette—alongside shared amenities including community kitchens, food preparation areas, dining rooms, interior courtyards, and flexible spaces for meetings, classes, and social connection.
