Provided preconstruction and general contracting services for the San Mateo County Community College District to deliver the Skyline College Ridge Faculty and Staff Housing development in San Bruno. The project consists of two three-story multifamily residential buildings totaling 40,618 SF, delivering 30 affordable units in one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations for faculty and staff. Scope included full site development with landscaping, pedestrian walkways, 70 covered parking spaces, and outdoor amenity areas featuring integrated BBQ and kitchen facilities. The project is targeting LEED Silver certification, with services provided as the sole general contractor from preconstruction through completion.
