Renovation of Stanford Health Care’s 8,762 SF Tri-Valley Simulation Training Center, converting a former office suite into classrooms, simulation rooms, administrative offices, and support spaces. Scope included coordination with Stanford’s PD&C team, after-hours shutdowns and noise control, ICRA Level I/II Type C protocols, and full management of logistics, parking, and tenant communication.
