Guzman Construction Group led the 4,600 SF renovation of Stanford Health Care’s ENT Clinic, located on the second floor of an occupied medical office building. The project involved remodeling active clinical space adjacent to a functioning sleep study clinic, requiring careful phasing, after-hours work, and close coordination to avoid disrupting patient care.

Working under OSHPD 3 standards, our team collaborated with Stanford’s facilities, safety, IT, and clinical teams from design through commissioning. Infection control, noise containment, and safety were prioritized throughout construction. All MEP systems, medical gases, and IT infrastructure were tested and commissioned to ensure full operational readiness.

The project was delivered with detailed closeout documentation and staff training to support a seamless transition to clinic operations.
