490 Avenue of the Palms (Portico C3.4) is a completed multifamily residential development within the Treasure Island redevelopment in San Francisco. The project delivered 160 residential units as part of the island's 8,000-unit master-planned community. The approximately 60-foot-tall building encompasses 236,370 square feet, including 136,830 square feet of residential space, 2,930 square feet of resident amenities, and a 57,000-square-foot parking garage.
