Casa Adelante at 681 Florida is an eight-story, Type-I mixed-use development that brings 130 affordable rental units to low-income families and formerly homeless residents of San Francisco. Spanning 142,010 square feet, the project also features 9,250 square feet of ground-floor commercial space dedicated to community arts, in collaboration with the local organization Carnaval, and includes murals by local artists.

This development was completed as a joint venture between Guzman Construction Group and Cahill.
