Casa Adelante at 681 Florida is a nine-story, Type I mixed-use affordable housing development comprising 130 residential units, including 39 Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units, and 9,250 SF of ground-floor community arts/PDR space. The all-electric development includes onsite property management, case management, supportive services, childcare, community spaces, rooftop urban agriculture, secure bicycle parking, and resident open space. Developed by Mission Economic Development Agency (MEDA) and Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC), the project was designed to achieve GreenPoint Rated Platinum certification. The project was delivered through a joint venture between Guzman Construction Group and Cahill.
