160 Freelon

160 Freelon Street is a new nine-story, 102,226-square-foot affordable family housing development in San Francisco's SOMA district. The project will offer 85 rental units along with amenities such as a lobby, on-site property management office, play yard, laundry facilities, lounge, and a case management office on the ground floor, overlooking a future park.

This development is a joint venture partnership between Cahill Contractors and Guzman Construction Group.
