Catholic Church of the Nativity

Guzman Construction Group completed the 5,827 SF renovation and expansion of the O’Hare Center at the Catholic Church of the Nativity in Menlo Park, modernizing a 1970s-era facility to support expanded parish use.

Phase 1 (2,353 SF) converted an existing garage into conditioned space with a new kitchen and ADA-compliant restrooms, including significant site and slab preparation. Phase 2 (3,474 SF) added parish offices, a meeting parlor, and additional restrooms, while reconfiguring the gathering hall with sound-rated sliding partitions for flexible use. Exterior improvements included custom pavers and trellis bases.

This marks Guzman’s third project on the campus, following the historic church restoration and rectory remodel.
