La Maravilla is the demolition of existing commercial buildings and ground-up construction of a nine-story, approximately 100,000 SF, Type IA permanent supportive housing development delivering 136 residential units. As Phase 1 of the 382-unit La Maravilla campus, the project includes behavioral health and resident services, reinforced concrete structural systems, comprehensive MEPFP infrastructure, and high-performance building envelope assemblies. Located adjacent to the 16th Street Mission BART Station, construction requires complex urban logistics, utility coordination, traffic control, and phased sequencing within an active transit corridor.
