Guzman Construction Group partnered on the construction of a 1,280 GSF Proton Vault and renovation of a 680 NSF Linear Accelerator Vault within an active hospital. Work was performed under OSHPD 1 standards, requiring stringent infection control, dust containment, and phased logistics to maintain uninterrupted medical operations.

Scope included selective structural demolition, MEP and medical gas system modifications, and installation of radiation-shielded concrete. The team coordinated closely with engineers and shielding consultants to ensure quality, safety, and long-term performance.
