The project features cast-in-place concrete structural systems, comprehensive MEPFP infrastructure, mechanical parking stackers, photovoltaic-ready and EV charging systems, secure bicycle storage, landscaped open space, and a high-performance building envelope incorporating thin brick, precast concrete, fiber cement panels, painted aluminum, and timber accents.
