2550 Irving
2550 Irving Street is the ground-up construction of a seven-story, 113,000 SF LEED Gold, all-electric affordable housing development delivering 90 residential units. The project features cast-in-place concrete structural systems, comprehensive MEPFP infrastructure, mechanical parking stackers, photovoltaic-ready and EV charging systems, secure bicycle storage, landscaped open space, and a high-performance building envelope incorporating thin brick, precast concrete, fiber cement panels, painted aluminum, and timber accents. Guzman Construction Group serves as the sole general contractor, managing construction, utility coordination, and complex urban site logistics.
