Guzman Construction Group served as the general contractor for Mission Housing Development Corporation, managing rehabilitation projects at three public housing sites in San Francisco: Great Highway, Noriega, and Randolph.

These occupied, multi-story wood-frame buildings underwent extensive renovations, including soft demolition, foundation and soil improvements, structural framing, HVAC upgrades, new electrical systems, insulation, finishes, drywall, and painting.
