STANFORD HOSPITAL AND CLINICS — PALO ALTO, CA

The Hoover Medical Office Building is a five-story medical building comprised of 4 levels of above-grade clinic space and 1 basement level with an imaging department. The building shell is a steel frame construction with glass, stone, and brick envelope. The project scope included completion in two phases. Phase 1 included all the site design and base building core/shell, while Phase 2 included all the tenant improvement work.
