SHC EAR, NOSE, & THROAT CLINIC — REDWOOD CITY, CA

This tenant improvement project involved remodeling a portion of the existing ENT clinic on the second floor of the Stanford Health Care medical center. The scope included the demolition of existing walls and ceilings, modifications to the affected electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas piping, and the new construction of several exam rooms, workrooms, and supporting offices. The project also included upgrades to the existing bathrooms to bring them up to current ADA standards.
