Design-build delivery of an OSHPD 3 site infrastructure project supporting deployment of a GE Sigma Voyager Mobile MRI unit for Stanford Health Care. Scope included a 60' × 18' cast-in-place equipment pad, ADA improvements, utility infrastructure, and electrical service upgrades with new 150A, 3-phase, 480V power, telecom, water, and sewer connections. Construction within an occupied medical campus required complex utility integration, off-hours interior conduit routing, coordination with PG&E and Stanford facilities, and uninterrupted healthcare operations.
