2205 Mission Street
2205 Mission Street is the ground-up construction of a nine-story, 66,070 SF mixed-use workforce housing development comprising 64 condominium units, ground-floor community space, and secure bicycle parking. The project features reinforced concrete structural systems, comprehensive MEPFP infrastructure, and a high-performance façade of architectural plaster, terracotta, ceramic tile, exposed steel, and board-formed concrete. Located two blocks from the 16th Street Mission BART Station, the project requires complex urban logistics and utility coordination. Currently in preconstruction, Guzman Construction Group and Marinship Development Interest are leading preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, scheduling, and procurement as the joint venture general contractor.
