1515 South Van Ness
Casa Adelante – 1515 South Van Ness is the ground-up construction of a nine-story, approximately 200,000 SF, Type IA all-electric mixed-use affordable housing development delivering 168 residential units in San Francisco's Mission District. The project includes an Early Childhood Education Center, nonprofit community spaces, resident amenities, landscaped open space, and secure bicycle parking. Construction features reinforced concrete structural systems, comprehensive MEPFP infrastructure, a high-performance building envelope with rainscreen assemblies and ceramic tile cladding, and extensive urban utility and site coordination. Guzman Construction Group serves as the general contractor, managing field operations, safety, quality control, and multi-trade coordination throughout construction.
