Raymond Shahabi serves as Director of Operations and provides leadership across project delivery, preconstruction, and field operations at Guzman Construction Group. With more than 22 years of industry experience, Raymond brings expertise spanning the full project lifecycle, from early planning and design coordination through construction execution and closeout. Throughout his career, he has supported the delivery of more than $3.5 billion in construction projects across Northern California, including multifamily, mixed-use, education, healthcare, and commercial developments. Raymond holds a Master of Business Administration from San Francisco State University and both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University.
