CASA ADELANTE AT 681 FLORIDA — SAN FRANCISCO, CA

Casa Adelante at 681 Florida is the ground-up construction of an eight-story, Type I, affordable housing, mixed-use development with 130 rental apartment units across 142,010 square feet. The project includes murals by local artists and 9,250 square feet of ground floor commercial space dedicated as a community-arts PDR space for local organization, Carnaval.

The development brings affordable housing to low-income families and formerly homeless residents of San Francisco.

Casa Adelante was a joint venture between Guzman Construction Group and Cahill.
