Guzman Construction Group in partnership with Cahill Contractors is providing general contractor services for the Sunnydale HOPE Block 7 project in San Francisco. The project is the new ground-up construction of a 89-unit, affordable housing development with two structures consisting of three and four stories of Type-V-A across 134,230 total square feet.

The project will include a 31,400 square feet, 61-stall parking garage and storage/parking for 88 bicycles.
