The existing buildings at 870 and 880 McAllister Street will be replaced with a new seven-story, 104,000 SF building providing 115 units of 100% affordable senior housing for residents at approximately 60% AMI. The mix includes 80 one-bedroom and 35 two-bedroom units, along with administrative offices and resident amenities such as a community room, landscaped courtyards, and a rooftop terrace offering 8,700 SF of open space. The project also includes a small ground-floor commercial space at McAllister and Laguna and will not provide onsite parking.
