Balboa Reservoir Building A is a six-story, Type I-B affordable housing development located within the larger Balboa Reservoir Neighborhood Plan. Designed to serve families, the project will deliver 159 high-quality residential units in a fully sprinklered structure, built to current NFPA 13 and California Fire Code standards.

The building rises six stories along Lee Avenue, South Street, and Brighton Paseo, with a stepped-down five-story elevation at the southern edge adjacent to SFPUC open space.
