Avanza 490 at 490 South Van Ness is the ground-up construction of a seven-story, Type-I mixed-use affordable housing development with 81 units across 80,624 square feet. Service spaces are on the ground floor and are available to residents and other community members. Additional amenities for residents include a community room, laundry rooms, bike parking, and a courtyard.
