600 7th Street is the ground-up construction of an eight-story, mixed-use, affordable housing development with 221 rental units across 185,760 square feet. The project includes 4,220 square feet of commercial retail space, resident supportive space and 151 bicycle parking spaces.

The project is designed by Santos Prescott and Associates and is being developed and operated by Mercy Housing California.

600 7th Street is a joint venture partnership between Guzman Construction Group and Suffolk.
