Kami Kinkaid leads Guzman Construction Group’s education practice, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the design and delivery of educational environments, all rooted in Northern California. A licensed architect with expertise spanning independent and public K–12 schools, community colleges, and higher education, Kami brings a design-focused perspective to preconstruction, project delivery, and business development.

With deep expertise in Design-Build delivery, Kami works across design and construction to align design intent, constructability, budget, and client priorities. A longtime member of the San Francisco design and education community, she has built strong relationships throughout the Bay Area and Northern California. Her commitment to education extends beyond her professional work through her service as a trustee for Children’s Day School and her volunteer work with TEL HI and other community organizations.
